Guaranteed works / Insurance back guarantees (IBG)

Our all building work gives the peace of mind for all the works being guaranteed by the Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) is a guarantee given by a us to provide peace of mind in case we have ceased trading.

Contractors can offer guarantees for up to 10 years on structural works, but if the contractor was to close down then their guarantee would be worthless. An Insurance Backed Guarantee would honour the contractors guarantee for the remainder the guarantee was valid until.

Builders warranty – 10-year structural warranty The home is covered for 10 years from the date of completion. The new builders warranty policy protects the homeowner in the event of major structural damage.
