Discus the vision and idea of client what they are planning to build

3Engage Architect:

After the initial thought process engage the architects for detailed plans

4Finalize Architectural design:

After preparing the first draft discus with the client and get his final approval for preparing the quote or estimate

5Apply for planning permission:

Apply for planning permission from local council for approval

6GRANT PLANNING APPROVAL:

Upon receiving the planning approval from local council

7Construction drawings:

Prepare the construction drawings

8Structural engineer

Prepare the structural engineer plans as instructed by the client

9Quote/ Estimate/ Building contract:

Finalise the quote and estimate and agreed the building cost and approved the first invoice

10CDM health and safety:

File produced if instructed by the client
